B. Wills and Company, (Bonnie The Matchmaker) is an exclusive and private matchmaking service. Members are selected after a thorough interview and investigation of personal information submitted for review. B Wills and Company reserves the right to deny anyone these services. B wills and Company offers a variety of services. Not all individuals will qualify for the range of dating and matchmaking services offered by B Wills and Company.

Payment of the fees does not guarantee that B Wills and Company will undertake to assist you in your search for a suitable life partner. Those who would apply for the unique services offered by B Wills and Company are accepted as a client only after the management is satisfied that there is a reasonable probability that the service can be effective. Even then there is no express or implied warranty that a life partner can or will be found.

Results will vary. Members understand that a suitable date for him/her may not be located in close proximity to that member. As such members understand that he/she may be required to travel some distance to meet the prospective date. Should the member refuse to travel to meet the recommended date, the member hereby agrees that B Wills and Company cannot be held responsible for that member's failure to find a suitable date/partner.

Based upon the experience of its past success, B Wills and Company can only show you the way to find the life partner you are searching for. Memberships start as of the effective date as set forth in each member's written membership agreement. After B Wills and Company provides members with contact information of matches, members are solely responsible for following through and contacting those matches, arranging dates and related logistical matters, such as transportation. B Wills and Company is not responsible for arranging dates for members or for ensuring that members proceed to a date. Therefore, B Wills and Company also does not guarantee results.

Members are responsible for following all rules (SEE RULES of ETIQUETTE Click Here). Should the member choose to not follow the rules of etiquette, the member hereby agrees that B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) cannot be held responsible for that member's failure to find a suitable date/partner. Without limiting the foregoing, B Wills and Company does not guarantee that members will proceed to a date or that members will find a partner. Memberships are non-transferable. Memberships expire at the end of the term as set forth in member's written membership agreements, whether or not they have used their membership and/or related services. B Wills and Company will not grant an extension of memberships and/or related services under any circumstances. B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) has a NO REFUND POLICY. Deposits are non refundable.

B Wills and Company is a private matchmaking service. B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) has the right to refuse service to anyone. B Wills and Company does NOT pay for photos submitted. B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) is NOT responsible for LOST, STOLEN or PIRATED photos. Photos that are sent to us via mail are not returnable. Submitting a photo and application does NOT guarantee admittance into the service, nor does it guarantee a match, or your photo on the website. Professional photos are required and snapshots, are not accepted. A referral to a photographer, a photography service or any service, company, individual or website by B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) for ANY service or item (including photos) does not guarantee admittance into the service.

You must be at least 25 years of age and legally unmarried to register as a B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) client or in the Exceptional Women's Registry. You cannot become a B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) client or member in the Exceptional Women's Registry if you have any criminal record. You agree to provide true and correct information about yourself. Per B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) request, you agree to cooperate fully with B Wills and Company and any of its agents and assigns, and waive your rights to privacy, in any type of background check. This specifically includes, but is not limited to your employment history, records search of public documents; which include arrests, warrants, felony, misdemeanor, traffic violations, driving records , civil suit records, and educational records. You further understand that any such investigation is not a guarantee that B Wills and Company (Bonnie The Matchmaker) would accept you as a client or in the Exceptional Women's Registry.

B Wills and Company representative will only contact you once we have a suitable match for you and filling out a registration form does not guarantee any potential member a date with a member of the service.
